What's the difference between Miralax and Plexus Bio Cleanse?

What's the difference between Miralax and Plexus Bio Cleanse?

 The answer will shock most!
"Miralax contains polyethylene glycol which is the active ingredient that causes extra water to come into your intestines which is what loosens the stools. But polyethylene glycol is the same poisonous chemical that is used in the antifreeze in the radiator in your car!! It's just that it's not so concentrated that it will kill you in the amount that's found in miralax.
BioCleanse on the... other hand uses magnesium to loosen the stools.
Magnesium is also a mineral our body needs to build and maintain strong bones (works hand in hand with calcium) and is needed in many other vital metabolic processes in our bodies. It's just that when consumed as a supplement (rather than being ingested solely from the food we eat), it has a mild laxative side effect.
To me it's a no brainer -- taking a mineral my body needs and is often already deficient in vs consuming a poison? I'll take the mineral in Bio Cleanse."

I think I'll pass on the antifreeze....
