❤s for this post!"I've been getting contacted almost daily from people who left Plexus to pursue other network marketing opportunities that ended up not being the opportunity they thought it was going to be. The questions I'm getting asked all have the same theme, "Do you think I can come back and still be successful?" Or "I wish I'd never left."
I've repeatedly said "You totally can!" or "You can! Just stay consistent! We all make decisions we regret!!!" I then encourage them to to start looking in the mirror to figure out why their Plexus business wasn't going where they wanted it to go. Self growth is key!!!
This brings me to my point. I'm not naive enough to think that Plexus is the ONLY network marketing company out there, of course it's not. Having said that, I do think that we are the GREATEST opportunity in the most important areas. Let me list them for you.
1. LEADERSHIP- This is probably the most important to me. Our company is lead by people of great character and integrity and will ALWAYS do what's right. I would suggest that if you're with a company that is not experiencing growing pains, you're with the wrong company. Our leaders have been leading a ROCKET SHIP of growth and repeatedly have proven they will always do what's right. When I say "do what's right," that doesn't mean they won't make mistakes. WE all make mistakes but watching them continue to put us on the right path to ensure longevity has been amazing to witness.
2. PRODUCTS THAT WORK AND ARE DISTINCTLY DIFFERENT- This is huge because we eliminate competition. Now, because we will do a BILLION in sales this year, our largest year yet (and will experience our largest growth as a company in the next 3-5 years) there will be fakes and people pretending to be as good as our products or they will market their products with similar names and looks in hopes to fool people into buying theirs instead of ours. What they don't seem to understand is it's not just the individual ingredients in our products, it's the QUALITY of each individual ingredient that make our products so effective. 3. OUR COMPENSATION PLAN IS UNMATCHED- Our comp plan is the ONLY ONE OF IT'S KIND!!! You can start profit sharing from day one. Most companies I see are in it for the company, not the individual distributors, but not Plexus!

Then you're rewarded for the referral. The more people you refer to your store, the more income you will make. We can do this because it's our business, so we can express our beliefs openly, as can anyone. I was at our last convention in Vegas in front of 12,000 Plexus Ambassadors. I was asked what we do that causes us to have success I proclaimed "We have a secret weapon, and His name is Jesus Christ!" You should have heard the place. The ground literally shook from the support of other believers in the audience.
Why am I telling you all this? Why should you care? The main reason is to help you understand if you're not a Plexus Ambassador, you should be. The other is to encourage anyone that left, that the door is always open, and lastly to encourage the people who are apart of Plexus to fully engage. We have something truly special in Plexus and I hate to see people squander it.
Hopefully now you will begin to understand why your friend or family member has lost their Plexus mind! We've simply FOUND A BETTER WAY!
