Dr. OZ was just on the Today show discussing what your most important health numbers to know are:
Blood Pressure, Weight, How Many Hours You Sleep, and BLOOD SUGAR!!!!! He said that correcting blood sugar will help improve your numbers in all the other areas!
Hmmm...I wonder what can help with sleep, bp, blood sugar, and weight? 🤔😉😉
