Keep Calm and Take Probiotics.......

Hey y'all! Let me share a little something about Probiotics...
Have you ever stopped to think of the meaning of "antibiotic" and "probiotic?"
Lets break this down a bit.
...
Biotic means life.
Antibiotic (the pills that are white) literally means LIFE KILLING.
Probiotics (the brown pills) means FOR LIFE.
Both of these have saved lives. Both of these are results of medicine to help people feel better and stay alive.
When antibiotics go into your system.....it literally kills everything, both good and bad. Its like going into a plot of land and pulling out everything to leave a blank system. Instead of just pulling the weeds, you pull the fresh green grass too!
The thing is, we all know what grows back faster...WEEDS.
Antibiotics are probably in the top 5 best things that have happened to society. So many lives have been saved on these. They are powerful, they work and they get rid of bad bacteria. They have saved so so many lives.
The problem is, these antibiotics can't distinguish between good and bad bacteria - antibiotics kill everything! Our gut needs a certain amount of GOOD bacteria in order to keep our immune system healthy! We find antibiotics in everything, including a lot of the foods we eat. We are so afraid of the bad, that we end up killing the good. If the good bacteria is killed off, our systems are defenseless against the bad guys!
I am blessed to have the protection of my Plexus probiotics. Not only do I get probiotics, but also enzymes, vitamin B6 and more back into me.
If you're constantly getting sick or feeling icky, exhausted, run down, have constant head pain, problem skin, sleep poorly, have anxious and sad feelings, it can be because your gut is overgrown with toxic yeast and you need to first kill off that bad yeast and then put in GOOD bacteria to build your gut and immune system back up!!
Guys, do yourself a favor...stop waiting, stop watching, stop wondering, stop judging......and get on this probiotic.
You won't be sorry.
Arm yourself.
Defend yourself!
